If you’re involved in a not-for-profit organisation or are thinking of creating one, this event being held tonight in Newport should be of interest to you.
Are You Legal? is being run by the IW Rural Community Council and will focus on the legalities of
non-profits groups, working through the options and offering advice on how to change your organisation.
Speakers will also cover some of the pitfalls into which voluntary and community groups sometimes fall, how to avoid them and what to do if you have already fallen.
The event starts at 6pm and runs until 8.30pm at the IWRCC offices in Langley Court, Pyle Street, Newport.
