It’s been a whilst since we last wrote about Joe Publik, aka Joe Barnes, who many will remember from his days with the Isle of Wight hip hop outfit, Born ina Barn.
Joe has been keeping busy over the last few years, creating new music and collaborating with some hip hop greats, whilst continuing to make razor-sharp observations on modern life.
New single
His second solo album, titled Somewhen, is due out in April and today (Friday) sees the release of the first single from the album.
Is it me?? Ft. Chatta asks the question instead of knowing the answer.
It asks if we have more in common than we do against each other, it is reflective of the times we live in where we have so much information at our fingertips, yet somehow still get stuck in our own echo chamber.
