A night of vintage glamour and live entertainment will take place on Sunday 17th August at the Ocean View Hotel in Shanklin.
The 1940s Charity Variety Show promises a packed evening of performance in support of a good cause, with all proceeds going to charity (split 50/50 between Cancer Research and Dementia Trust).

A standout line-up of local and guest talent
Audiences can look forward to a wide range of acts, including the return of Free-Spirit, well known for her burlesque routines, strong vocals and theatrical performances.
She shares the bill with Blue Faux, a long-time Isle of Wight favourite, and Lala Licorne, whose style brings a touch of magic to the stage.
Also performing are Missy Kachina and Miss Nik Nightshade, who will showcase their belly dancing with colour and energy, and The Diamonds, a chair dance group known for their elegance and precision. Chanique, an award-winning pole and hoop artist, completes the line-up with what is expected to be a show-stopping routine.
Tickets and extras
The event includes a licensed bar, a raffle with prizes, and other surprises throughout the evening.
Tickets cost £10 and are available online at Eventbrite. They can also be purchased directly at the Ocean View Hotel reception.
A limited-time 2-for-1 offer is currently available, offering added value for early birds.
Dressing up is encouraged, but not required—just bring your enthusiasm for a night of community entertainment with a nostalgic twist.
