Isle of Wight Junior Doctors are joining others around the country today by striking in a pay dispute.
IW nurse Harry Eccles, who organised the previous nurses’ picket line, said,
“Wages down 26% since 2008. Starting salary £14.09 Always staying late Responding to cardiac arrests, conducting operations, prescribing diagnosing, and keeping the hospital’s running.
“Junior Doctors need pay restoration now!”
