OnTheWight was saddened to hear yesterday of the sudden death of Mark Fear.
Mark was the civil partner of former newsreader Kenneth Kendall, who died in December after suffering a stroke.
He ran the art gallery, Kendalls Fine Art in Cowes with his partner of 20 years.
Mark’s sisters, Paula Maher and Christine Leigh, have issued a statement to the press, saying,
“Mark’s family and close friends are very grateful for the loving concern and sympathy shown by so many friends and colleagues following his untimely death.
“At this very sad time they would ask to be allowed to grieve privately.”
