Last Chance To Make LanternsNext Sunday (11th) is your last chance to make a lantern for the Ventnor Lantern Procession.

There are two venues to go along to, either The Youth Centre in Victoria Street or St Margarets Hall, Lowtherville Road. The session runs from 1pm until 4pm which should be enough time to complete a lantern.

The actual procession takes place on Saturday 17th December. It will be led by a Samba band, starting at 6pm from the Youth Club, along Albert Street – Pier Street- Church Road – Belgrave Road and into Ventnor Park for Christmas songs and carols.

Cost is £3 per lantern

Even if you don’t get around to making a lantern yourself, join the procession and enjoy those made by others.
