Tonight sees members of the Isle of Wight Scrutiny Committee meet in County Hall to discuss a fairly packed agenda.
Cllr Gordon Kendall will be the subject of Executive Member spotlight, providing an update on budget and performance issues within his portfolio. He’s the member for ‘Organisational Change and Human Resources’ so given the recent announcement of impending staff cuts, the committee members will no doubt have plenty of questions to ask.
Members will also consider the quarterly performance and finance report, the decision of the Executive to ignore the Call-In for membership to Smile-Gov project, as well as looking at the items due to go in front of the Executive next Tuesday.
