I was coming back from a walk today and noticed bottles for recycling on the ground, due to the overfilled recycle bins in the Newchurch car park (across from Newchurch Primary School).
This, and the ever “listening” (not acting on what it hears though) council is effectively planning for fortnightly rubbish collections.
If the public rubbish collection sites don’t have room now, how will households effectively deal with it?
