Islander Luke Bridgeman along with his brother, Theo, and friend Mitch Arnold, have been beavering away on a new project over recent weeks.
The three from Ventnor are close to releasing their first digital cookbook in a series called Little Fat Chef.
Luke tells OnTheWight they are all very passionate about promoting local produce in their recipes, which are aimed at teaching students and young families that cooking at home is both healthier and exciting.

Try their recipes this weekend
You’ll have to wait another couple of weeks before the digital book is launched (we’ll let you know nearer the time), but this coming Sunday the lads are taking part in a fundraising event at the Ventnor Cricket Club.
They’ll be selling some of the products from the book, with all profits made being divided and donated between the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and the Ventnor Boxing Club.
Where and when?
The fundraising event takes place at Ventnor Cricket Club on Sunday 18th August between noon and 7pm.
As well as the BBQ there will be cricket and music. There will be a raffle with the proceeds being donated to these two great causes.
