Making Waves Returns to Ryde

After a short break due to the Isle of Wight Festival, Ryde Regatta etc, Making Waves returns to Ryde Theatre on Thursday nights.

Making Waves Returns to RydeThe next session takes place on 10 July and performing for your delectation will the Festival 2007 BOTB winners, Siniez.

Ex-Helen Keller/Kody front man, Gareth Icke will also be gracing the stage.

The hunk himself recently made it through to the National final of the Live & Unsigned music competition after being voted ‘Best solo male’ in the Southern Regions.

If you want to show your support for Gareth, catch him at the finale showdown on Saturday 28th June at 4pm at Fairfields Arts Centre in Croydon, London. Tickets are £15.

Also performing on the 10th will be The Majortones, more Island talent who you might’ve caught at the Wight Noize Competition.

Last up is MCMLVII, which for those of you who didn’t listen at school translates to 1957. Bit easier to say rather than M C M L V I I.

As usual all bands will be interviewed and live sessions recorded for the IW Radio Live & Local slot on Sunday nights between 7-10pm on 102/7fm.

It’ll only cost you £3 to get in, please go along and support your local music scene and keep Ryde Theatre OPEN!
