Newport and Carisbrooke Community Council are inviting local residents to a ‘Consultation Cafe’ on Friday 7th November, 3–7pm at 64 High Street, Newport as part of the ongoing public consultation.
This is a chance to meet local councillors, share your views, and help shape the future of your community in a friendly, informal environment.
Residents are invited to enjoy free refreshments whilst chatting with council members with brief presentations at 3.30pm and 5.30pm
A chance to win one of ten £10 gift vouchers
Councillors have been holding drop-in sessions around Newport and Carisbrooke since the consultation launched in October, speaking to residents and asking them to complete the short survey which includes the chance to win one of ten £10 gift vouchers.
A council spokesperson said,
“We have had a fantastic response from residents so far.
“We continue to encourage residents of all ages to complete the survey, tell us what matters most to them and what they would like us focus on in the years to come.”
The Newport and Carisbrooke Community Council public consultation finishes on 17th November 2025.
