Friends of St Catherine’s Church have organised a dinner on the 21st February at Shanklin Conservative Club where the Bishop of Portsmouth, the Rev Christopher Foster will be the Guest Speaker.
In addition Mr David Ouston, who will be bringing his Olympic Torch that he carried on the chairlift at the Needles Park, will be attending.
There will be opportunities to be photographed with the torch, and David.
Not to be missed
The Rev. Canon Graham Morris will be another guest so it really is a ‘not to be missed’ evening.
Tickets are £18 for two courses and the dinner is at 7pm for 7.30 and the fundraising will go towards paying off the cost of installing solar panels in the Church.
