Today kicks off the second round of Open Studios across the Isle of Wight.
More detail later on others taking part, but if you’re in Newport today, we’d highly recommend heading to AJ Wells on the Industrial Estate.
Taking place in the Showroom of AJ Wells (just behind JR Zone), work by two Island artists, Michael Forrest and David Knight will be on display.
Both artists have developed their styles to incorporate work on vitreous enamel and the results are outstanding.
Create your own masterpiece
If you’re feeling creative you can create your own piece of enamel artwork on a coaster (limited to one coaster per person).
The showroom will be open to the public today and tomorrow (not Sunday). Pop in between 10am-5pm.
