I do hope the county press prints lots of attractive girls jumping in the air with their results in their hands. That really would be a novel piece of journalism.

The pass rate for 2012 AS and A2 exams taken at Sandown Bay “Academy” (sic!) fell by SIX points! Let’s see how AET’s PR machine justifies that disgraceful result.

Note that already on the Academy’s website, John Bradshaw (Executive Principal- sic!) ignores that general failure in the Academy’s educational processes.

Presumably that is the limit of the wit and wisdom you are able to add to this important discussion?

Why don’t you go and play quietly in the corner while the adults talk about the quality of education on the Island?.

…by the way, as you care so much for educational standards on the Island, the use of the Latin word ‘sic’ should be in square brackets. 1/10 Very poor, see me after class.

Only if you are an American. Use parentheses if you are English. You used neither in your comments.

It’s swings and roundabouts. One year Ryde is the most successful, the next it is Medina. Just wait until the new Sandown Bay Academy principal gets her teeth into the school. I expect a huge improvement.

Well… it can hardly get worse…. or can it?
