Unemployed? Drop in to 9-5, the volunteer-run help and advice sessions on Thursday mornings. Get help to write CVs and apply for jobs online.
Do you know anyone who needs help with reading and writing? The Isle of Wight College are offering free classes at Ventnor Library if there are sufficient numbers – ask the Library staff if you or a friend are interested.
Do you know anyone whose first language is not English, and who would like to come to “chat” with others who can help…ask at the Library or pop in to the 9-5 session on a Thursday morning.
