Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue crews are on the scene of a road traffic incident on Forest Road, Newport this evening.
They were called to the scene just before 8pm and are working to free one person trapped in a car after it collided with another.
The road is closed in both directions and paramedics are on the scene.
We hope that all involved are safe and well.
