Ryde Inshore Rescue are now within a couple of hundred pounds of being able to purchase their new second lifeboat and using this very easy way to donate hope that the general public and supporters will take two minutes to help us reach our £6,000 target.
For this one there is no reaching for a debit card or writing a cheque all you need is your mobile phone!
How to donate
Simply write a text saying RIRL01 £1 (or £5 if you wish, though we are happy with £1!) and send your message to 70070.
The full amount will reach us immediately and will be deposited into the boat campaign account.
We hope to take delivery of the new boat within the next month so it is essential that we reach this amount as soon as possible so that we are not delayed.
Once again the text message should say RIRL01(zero one)£1 as shown in the picture.
Please help an independent lifeboat reach this magic amount as our current rescue 2 has not got much life left in her!!
