Phoenix Choir:

The Phoenix Choir return to Holy Trinity Bembridge

The choir last sung at the church in October 2012 in aid of the Cloisters Appeal and are returning this time to help raise funds needed to repair the church ceiling.

It is hoped that this concert will assist with the £23,000 appeal to make safe the plaster work of the church ceiling after two falls — luckily when the church was unoccupied.

The 50-strong choir plan a different programme of songs from their last visit to the church but this will again encompass a wide variety of different types of music.

They hope that you will support this very worthwhile cause. Admission is free but there will be a retiring collection.
