Residents and visitors are being invited to explore a collection of historical photographs at a special exhibition in Newport this weekend.
The legendary Barry Price will be sharing a selection of photographs from his prolific collection.
Exhibition dates and details
The free exhibition takes place over three days, starting on Saturday 7th June from 9.30am to 7pm.
It continues on Sunday 8th June from 9am to 4pm and concludes on Monday 9th June, with doors open from 9am to 5pm.
A personal invitation from the photographer
Visitors will have a chance to talk to Barry Price in person and learn more about the stories behind his collections.
The exhibition includes images capturing the Island’s rich social and working history, such as scenes from the Isle of Wight Creameries.

Raising funds for Parkinson’s UK
Although entry is free, donations and raffle prizes are welcome.
All proceeds will go to IW Parkinson’s, registered charity number 258197.
The event is being held in support of Parkinson’s UK, whose mission is to change attitudes, find a cure and offer support.
