It’s time to dive into the Flickr Group Pool and choose our Flickr Group Picture of the Week.
OnTheWight’s Flickr Pool was set up in October 2005 and now has more than 38,000 photos shared by over 380 members. We first started our Picture of the Week series well over a decade ago and are so grateful to our members for their contributions.
“An absolute delight”
We love this photo shared by The Ancient Matelot, not just because of the colours and composition, but the story behind it.
He says,
“Sadly, like so many seaside towns, Sandown has seen better days. However, there are lots of little back alleys and corners that contain surprises.
“This little back garden behind one of the High Street properties is an absolute delight.”
