'Place a Pot' and Help the Air AmbulanceHave you ever thought you might like to do something to help a charity in your spare time? Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance charity is seeking people in all areas of the county to ‘Place a Pot’ and help them raise vital funds.

It’s quite simple, all you would need to do is find some sites such as local businesses and shops, pubs, sports clubs and libraries, where you could place HIOWAA collection pots, and be prepared to collect and replace them when necessary.

Important source of income
John Perry, Chief Executive of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance said, “Collection pots are one of our most important sources of funding and we are always looking for new locations throughout our operational region. Our Collection Pot Coordinators are a vital link with the community, and they are part of the HIOWAA family.

“We give them full training and support from one of our Community Fundraisers, so they are never on their own. We receive no government or national lottery funding, and rely solely on the generosity of the people of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.”

If you are interested in becoming a Collection Pot Coordinator with Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance please call their head office on 023880 333377, or email [email protected] and help them ‘Place a Pot’.
