Police appeal after fence damaged by youths

Police on the Isle of Wight are appealing for witnesses to contact them after a large section of fence was damaged on Thursday night, January 3.

Sometime between 9.30 and 10.30pm, a group of youths are believed to have kicked in an 18ft length of household fencing along Broadway, Totland.

One youth was wearing a grey hoodie. Another wore a white tee shirt. The group is thought to have walked towards The Avenue and the One Stop shop.

Police want to hear from anyone who saw the incident or saw a group of youths in the area before, during or after the incident.
