Police are trying to trace the owners of recovered property

Newport Priority Crime Unit has been carrying out a number of ongoing proactive investigations into burglaries and thefts from motor vehicles on the Isle of Wight.

As a result a number of pieces of property have been recovered including a Sony Handycam, Pentax 8 X UCFQ binoculars, assorted hairdressing equipment and fireworks.

In an effort to try to identify their rightful owners, police are publishing photographs of the actual items and would like to hear from anyone who has information.
