After postponement earlier in the year due to soggy ground conditions, weekend sees the return of PostFest to Newport. This great little live music event is being held for a third year to raise money for the Hospice.
There are two stages of music, over two days.
Scintillating Saturday
Saturday sees The Wild Oats; Dan Duveaux; Beano; Dr Jones; Englane; Black House Crow; Global Psychedlic Soundsystem perform on the Acoustic Stage, whilst over on the main stage, you can see Yours and Mine; Rachel’s Rason; Wooden Bullets; Ben Jordan; The Cardinal Richelieu; Cephalodidge; Catalist.
Super Sunday
Sunday sees DJ Nipsy; Chix Joners; Code; Second Time Around; The Bear Social; The All New Influence and The Scores play the Acoustic Stage. Whilst on the Main Stage catch Ian; The Golden Strands; Weatherkings; Goodbye Stereo; Gweido; The Ohmz and Annie Winter.
Families are welcome and there is plenty of stuff to keep the kids happy whilst you’re enjoying the music and a beer.
Tickets are just £5 each day for adults (+12) and £3 each day for children.
PostFest takes place at 408 Fairlee Road, Newport between 10am-9pm.
