Pozfest 2011: Get Your Tickets Today!

If you’re in need of some festival vibes, then drop all plans for the weekend and get yourself a ticket to Pozfest.

Pozfest 2010This tiny boutique festival, hidden away in the wooded paddocks behind the Garlic Farm is just the tonic for anyone who needs to surround themselves with lovely happy people, who know how to have a good time and all look out for each other. It kicks off tomorrow (Friday) night.

The final touches are being added to the Pozfest site today in preparation for the launch tomorrow. With a cosy capacity (500) on a small but roomy site, you won’t be having to push your way to the bar, or be stood out in the rain (if it comes) to watch the bands play.

Everything under cover
Added to that, all the tents (music and bar) are fairly close to each other, so no long treks to go between the stages like you have to at larger festivals.

All the music, live and DJs, is under cover in roomy tents with plenty of space to cut some shapes or get your rocks off.

Pozfest tent has outstanding line-up
As you’ve probably already seen on VB, the line-up of live music and DJs in the Box Collective Tent is outstanding.

Pozfest 2010The Pozfest Tent has an equally bombastic line-up for your delectation starting tomorrow night and running until Sunday afternoon.

Check out the delights of Barbosa, Junkyard Scientists, Dutty Moonshine, Redderstare, The Sweetspots, The Barker Band, Reubam, Shoot the Moon, Trevor John, Scrulove, Me and my sister, The Hotshots, Lazy Talk, October, Sarah Close, Tom Paston-Cooper, The Uplifter, Tommy Antonio and Prince’ Athon Trio.

Haven’t heard of any of them? Well that’s the beauty of Pozfest, it’s a great opportunity to discover new bands and musicians and we’ve been assured that they are all fantastic.

Buy four tickets for the price of three
If you can convince three other people to join you, one of you gets in free. Normal price for tickets is £65, but this breaks down to £48 each if four of you book together.

There’s plenty of room for camping, with all the necessary amenities. Fancy dress tomorrow (Friday) night is Being Beside The Seaside and Saturday night gets hot and saucy with Sexy Salsa.
