Following operational issues earlier this week, Red Funnel’s Red Eagle vehicle ferry will return to service from tomorrow, Friday 21st July.
Leanna Lakes, Operations Director at Red Funnel, said,
“Following the completion of necessary repairs required to the passenger gangway of the Red Eagle, we are pleased to announce as of Friday 21st July we will be operating to timetable.
“I would like to thank the hardwork of our engineers supported by specialist maritime contractors and our passengers for their patience during this time.”
