This Saturday sees the return of the Repair Cafe at Quay Arts in Newport.
The Repair Cafe brings the opportunity to have all manner of items repaired, helping to avoid their onward journey to landfill.
What can be repaired
Take your broken items that will take around half an hour or less to repair such as clothing, electrical items or small items of furniture.
As part of the Repair Cafe ethos you will be encouraged to get involved in the repairs and gain confidence to start your own repairs.
When you book you will be asked to select a free ticket with a repair type and a time. This is to helps the team manage numbers in the venue and match your repair with the repairers they have available.

You’ll need to book one of the 30 minute slots based on whether you’re looking for general/wood repairs, electrical or electronic, textiles or jewellery.
