Cliff Road / Cliff Path will be closed from point 55 metres to the northwest of the junction with Ranalagh Road to point 185 metres to the south west of the junction with Cliff Gardens (the southern boundary of number 6). Ranalagh Road will also be closed from Cliff Road to a point 10 metres to the west of Cliff Road. During the period of closure there is no alternative route for vehicles. Sandown Children’s Carnival Procession. Various roads will be closed in Sandown for the children’s carnival procession on Friday 24 July 2015. ROUTE Culver Parade, High Street, Pier Street, and Esplanade (to the bottom of Avenue Slipway). The above roads will each be closed for a short period to allow the carnival procession to pass through. The procession is due to form up in Sandham Gardens at 1.45pm and leave at 3pm following the above route. The procession should arrive the bottom of Avenue Slipway at about 3.45pm. Sandown Main Carnival Procession.

ST LAWRENCE
A3055 Undercliff Drive will remain closed from St Catherine’s Road to Seven Sisters Road (Western Junction), between Barrington Lodge, near to the western junction with Seven Sisters Road and Mirables which is located about a mile towards Niton. Following significant ground movement in the area in early February 2014, Undercliff Drive has been physically closed between Mirables (in the west) and a point 560 metres to the West of Seven Sisters Road (in the east) for safety reasons. There is now no access for vehicles or pedestrians. A formal road and footpath closure will be in operation for the foreseeable future. Access to businesses and attractions in Undercliff Drive will be maintained.
