Last Tuesday was the latest 10k nominated run in the winter series and home first in a time of 53.19 was Steve Haines 21 seconds inside his nominated time.
Second in a time of 59.59 was Helene Graham, 23 seconds inside her nomination and in third place was Graham Maitland in a time of 43.49 which was 36 seconds outside of his nomination.
Fastest on the night was Tom Blackwell in 42.57 and fastest lady on the night was Sarah Kavanagh in 43.32.
