The purpose of the sand snowman event is to encourage people to head to the Bay in winter and remind them that it’s an extraordinary place worth exploring.
The Micro-Eye is coming all the way from New Zealand and is a very tough bit of kit, designed to be safe and easy for any age and so will be accessible to all of our thousands of visitors.

The Bay science team from Arc, Artecology, The Common Space, Dinosaur Isle and The National Poo Museum will all be at the free event on Sunday 14th October.
The return of Hullabaloo to Sandown last weekend saw an estimated 11,000+ visitors to the two-day event which combined art with ecology, science and technology and even a soap box derby!
