There was a little ditty in the Observer yesterday in their ‘Checking In’ section, highlighting the Seaview Hotel, recommending breaks on the Island which they describe as, “big enough to offer real variety, small enough for any journey not to be too long. And, of course, you’re never far from an uplifting view of the sea.”
The hotel gets praised as “enticing” and described in glowing terms, with the food getting highlighted, as are the Island’s produce.
The hotel staff come in for particular praise, “The hotel’s best feature, though, is its friendly staff who, without exception, were lovely to our boys and saw to the needs of other families gathering to play cards or to don wellies for walks with an air of unruffled calm.”
All very good for the Island have the Seaview Hotel in particular.
