Secure your seat for East Wight constituency’s upcoming progressive candidate Q&A sessions

Last updated:

The time has arrived to secure your place at the upcoming Town Hall Q&A sessions, being hosted by East Wight Primary (EWP).

East Wight Primary is a grassroots group that aim to help elect a progressive MP for the new East Wight constituency at the next General Election.

Choosing the ‘People’s Champion’
Through a series of Q&A sessions, voters will be able to ask questions of the three progressive candidates (Green’ Vix Lowthion, LibDem’s Michael Lilley and Labour TBC) and vote for whoever they feel is best placed to win the seat.

At the end of the process, votes will be totted up and the winner will be declared the ‘People’s Champion’.

There are six opportunities to take part in venues spread across the East Wight constituency, with two meetings in Ryde, two in the Bay Area, and once each in Ventnor and Wroxall.
