Sponsored Walk Around The Island: All Welcome

Take part in round the Island walk in October to help raise money for a sensory room and Autism Awareness course for preschool staff at Godshill Primary School.

A sponsored walk around the coastal paths of the Isle of Wight has been organised for later in the year.

Boots:The event aims to raise money for a sensory room and Autism Awareness course for preschool staff at Godshill Primary School.

The walk will take place over 24 hours. It’ll cost you £10 to take part or grab a sponsorship form.

There will be check points every 20 miles where you can either join the walk or grab a cuppa!

It takes place on Saturday 6th October starting at 6pm at Appley Park car park and ending Sunday evening.

Hi there, regarding the sponsored walk around the wight for autism, the check points will be every 10 miles, and money is also being raised for the isle of wight branch of National Autistic Society. I am also looking for donations for a raffle which will be held after the walk, again to raise money for a sensory room and autism awareness course at Godshill Griffins preschool.… Read more »

Hi there, the sponsored walk around the wight will have check points every 10 miles, it will start at 9am on 6th Oct and continue on through the night into Sunday 7th October, hoping to complete within 24 hours.
