Police attended an address in Carpenters Road, St Helens shortly after 4.00pm yesterday after receiving reports of suspicious activity near the property.
On arrival, officers observed some items at the address that prompted them to request a full search of the property leading to the discovery of thirty-seven cannabis plants and other drug related peraphanilia.
A 23-year-old man and a 25-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the production of class B drugs and bailed until March 2014.
