As a prelude to Newport Carnival this Saturday, there’ll be live music and entertainment all day in Scarrot’s Lane, Newport.
It’s your chance to meet the Snow Queen and her beautiful huskies, as well as Father Christmas.
What’s on offer
Make sure you don’t miss all the food stalls, craft stalls, see the De Lorean car up close (it’s the type of car used in Back to the Future), visit the art exhibition, see Cos Play characters and more.
Live music all day
Music from the Aspire Creative Hub begins at 10am and a new act will be performing live every half hour from 11am.
Support independent shops
Newport Carnival parade begins at 5pm, so why not head to Scarrot’s Lane during the day in the build up to the main event and support the Lane’s independent shops.
