If you happen to be in Cowes High Street today, pop into Plaza Ices and you should see someone grinning from ear to ear.
In an article about how the great sunshine we’ve been having recently has boosted businesses in the South, Gary Hall from Plaza Ices tells the BBC that he sold a whopping 3,500 litres of ice cream last month (June).
Even including the Isle of Wight Festival, that’s a whole lot of ice cream.
Well done Gary and the team for making it onto the BBC Website (and for selling so much ice-cream)
