The Griffin in Godshill is bringing a warm dose of festive cheer to the community this December through its annual Charity Christmas Raffle in support of Mountbatten Hospice.
Tickets cost £1 per square and The Griffin will draw the winning numbers at 6pm on Christmas Eve.
Strong support from local businesses
Local businesses across the Isle of Wight have donated more than fifty prizes (see below).
The prizes include restaurant vouchers, beauty treatments, artisan gifts, experiences, hampers and a bottle of Mermaid Gin.
Ellie Edwards, Events Co-ordinator, said,
“We’ve been absolutely blown away by the generosity of our local community, Mountbatten Hospice touches the lives of so many local families, and we’re proud to support the compassionate work they do every day.”
She added,
“Every ticket sold helps Mountbatten Hospice continue their amazing care, and gives our customers a chance to win something special this christmas.”
How to take part
People can buy tickets directly from The Griffin.
The venue will announce the winners at 6pm on Christmas Eve and will share the results at the venue and on social media.
This year’s raffle continues The Griffin’s ongoing support for Island charities and highlights the strong community spirit that shapes the Isle of Wight.
