Support The 24 Hour Lock-In Challenge

If you’re a cat lover, then this story should be of interest to you.

Jo and EmilyJo and Emily, who work at the Isle of Wight Cat Adoption Centre in Ryde, are hoping to raise much needed cash and awareness in July in a ’24 hour lock-in challenge’.

The ladies are going to spend 24 hours locked in a cat pen (with a cat to keep them company) between 23rd-24th July.

£1,000 target
They’ve set a target of £1,000 and are hoping that VB readers will be able to support the cause and help spread the word.

If you can spare some cash to spare, however small, pop over to their Just Giving page.

Desperately seeking homes for cats and kittens!
The Adoption Centre tell us that they currently have over 70 cats/kittens in their care looking for new homes.

You can find out more about the Cats Protection by visiting their Facebook page or their official Isle of Wight Cats Website.

We adopted our two cats from them and were very impressed with the service and care.
