Congratulations to Robert Thompson and all at The Hambrough in Ventnor which scooped the Restaurant of the Year award last night at the Island Life Food and Drink Awards.
The restaurant has always been a popular choice for foodies on the Wight and many continue to be impressed with the quality of the menu at The Hambrough, particularly since Michelin Star Chef, Robert Thompson joined the team earlier in the year.
Nominations for Restaurant of the Year, we understand, are made by members of the public and the shortlist is then judged by members of the AA.
