The UK Chamber of Shipping is pleased to advise that the UK Sailing Academy (UKSA) has achieved course recognition for its Mental Health Awareness and Wellbeing Training Course. This recognition solidifies UKSA’s position as a leader in providing high-quality training and education within the maritime industry.
The UK Chamber of Shipping, representing over 200 shipping companies and maritime service providers, has awarded recognition to UKSA after a rigorous evaluation process.

What UKSA does
UKSA’s courses cover a wide range of disciplines within the maritime sector, including professional yachting, superyacht crew training, and maritime career pathways. With state-of-the-art facilities and a faculty comprising industry experts, UKSA ensures that its students receive comprehensive training that prepares them for successful careers in the maritime industry.
UKSA delivers its Mental Health Awareness and Wellbeing Training Course from its training centre in Cowes on the Isle of Wight. It also delivers this course remotely and on-board vessels. This course sits alongside the UKSA Mental First Aider course which is accredited by MHFA England.
