We can see that a lot of people who rely on the FastCat are not going to be happy.
Following Wightlink’s announcement that they’re switching to a once an hour service ‘until further notice’, we now have details of the revised timetable up until Sunday.
WightLink tell us that the reason for the revision is due to ‘essential maintenance’.
Revised timetable
Sailings will depart (between 0415 {0615 Sunday} – 0015 Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and will be operated by Wight Ryder II:
· from Portsmouth Harbour at 15 minutes past the hour
· from Ryde Pier Head at 45 minutes past the hour
Additional sailings
There will be additional sailings operated by a charter vessel – crossing time approx 25 minutes – as follows:
