Whilst driving around the Island over the past few weeks, there’s a name that keeps popping up on the blackboards outside pubs that’s made us curious.
Vanzatti is the name of the band and we’ve found out that although the four piece are all experienced musicians (that’ll be Jamie, Coochie, Dave & Macca), they have only been together since this year.
They’ve been working their socks off creating original material and playing out at venues around the Island.
They describe their style as “natural and simple, a mix of melodic lyrics and grungy guitars.”
Despite not being together very long, they are in the process of completing their debut album.
