It’s probably no surprise to hear that we’re not Daily or Sunday Mail readers, but we happened to notice an online reference to Ventnor today and it led back to the Mail’s Website.
An article for the travel section provides a glowing review for several hotels in Ventnor, namely The Royal, Hambrough and Hillside.
The reporter and his wife had a whale of a time in Ventnor taking tea and toasted teacakes on the lawn of the Royal, before heading off on a lobster expedition and finally ending up at the quay side bistro on the seafront.
All positive promotion for the town and Island, hopefully encouraging those with plenty of disposable income to come and enjoy the specialness of Ventnor.
