I/We wish to apply to enter for the above festival to be held in Ventnor on 8th – 10th November 2007, and if selected will be prepared to perform at a Festival Concert in St Catherine’s Church at a date to be announced.

Please note that all performers are required to bring a spare copy of their music for use by the adjudicator, whose decision will be final. (Photocopies are acceptable but they will be retained to be destroyed after use). Each performer will receive a Certificate of Merit and a copy of the adjudicator’s notes on their performance.
