Positive publicity for the Island is always a good thing for those who rely on visitors and the mention on the Vogue blog reinforces how brilliant the Island is to visit, even in October!
It might not make a reader of their blog rush out to book a holiday there and then, but subtle references can end up with the Island being seriously considered as a holiday destination at a later date.

We made for the idyllic Isle of Wight to soak up the last of the Indian-summer sun – breakfast overlooking the sea, sandy beaches, waterskiing and sailboats. We didn’t expect to stretch our holiday wardrobes into October, but we’re very happy for our new winter purchases to languish in the wardrobe just a little longer.
