Wightlink have been in touch with details of changes to the timetable this coming Sunday as thousands take to the roads for the Great South Run. Ed
Services will be affected by the Great South Run on Sunday 24 October in Portsmouth.
Roads will be closed between 0945 & 1230 hours and there will be changes to the timetable. Passengers will need to allow extra time for their journeys and are advised to check with our Call Centre 0871 376 1000 before travelling for the latest update.
Sailings will operate as follows:
From Portsmouth (Gunwharf Road)
0130; 0300; 0500; 0600; 0700; 0800; 0900; 1000; 1230; 1300, thereafter normal service
From Fishbourne
0215; 0400; 0600; 0700; 0800; 0900, 1000*; 1100*; 1200; 1300; 1330; 1400 thereafter normal service
Other routes will not be affected by these issues.
*The 1000 & 1100 sailing from Fishbourne will arrive at Portsmouth Continental Ferry Port, no foot passengers will be carried on this service.
