It’s hard to understand how the Post Office got it wrong last year with their stamps, but even more confusing that those working in the restaurant wouldn’t have noticed by now and suggested it be changed?

Just to give everyone a bit more background on the Wimpy franchise, it was bought by the American chain Burger King a few years ago with the intent to move them all over to the BK branding and menu. However a group of UK franchisees refused to co-operate and eventually bought the Wimpy brand and rights from BK. At the time they ‘objected’ to the higher costs… Read more »

I quite like them the way they are, really. As Matt & Cat point out, “as with anything slightly out-of-date, you can be sure to find a good supply on the Isle of Wight”.

I wouldn’t mind a BK as well, though. Anything to puncture Ronald McDonald’s annoying ego!

Is there any truth in the rumour that they’ve been eating too much of their own stock and that’s why they’d not noticed?
