We are appealing for witnesses after a collision between two vehicles on Blacklands Lane, Newport.
A blue BMW and a silver Toyota Auris were involved in the collision at 11.30am on Tuesday, November 29. The drivers received minor injuries.
The BMW driver, a 42-year-old man, has been arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs and has been bailed until December 27.
