After a mammoth Planning Committee session this afternoon and evening, the decision on two waterside developments are in.
Unlike the East Cowes Phase 2 planning application that was deferred to next month’s planning meeting, the decision on the Cowes Marina and Yarmouth Harbour reached a decision.
Both were passed.
