Congratulations are in order for 20-year-old Islander, Josh Thomas.
The keen amateur photographer, who works under the name Capture The Second Photography, recently had one of his photos selected by The Blissful Birder for their 2022 calendar.
Thomas: Absolutely over the moon
Josh from Lake told News OnTheWight,
“I’m absolutely over the moon to have had my Buzzard win a place for March in the 2022 fantastic Bird Photography Calendar – a Worldwide competition going up against professionals and amateurs.”
As you can see from the image below, it’s a great capture: super colours, composition and of course the stare from the buzzard straight into the camera!
